That mind, body and soul that was sent here to enjoy life and live it to the fullest.

But that's hard to do when you're mentally and physically exhausted.

When you spend most of your time thinking about what you're 'supposed' to be doing, trying to please everyone else, questioning what it's all for, working your butt to the bone with long hours and seeking that emotional high from food and drinks, only to crash again hours later. 

There's something missing....

 

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!

After 25+ years in the corporate world, I knew I had to do something about my health before it was too late. I had been sick, on and off, for years with colds, migraines, PCOS and even whooping cough! 

Not once in that whole time did anyone ever mention the correlations between stress, poor food choices (I mean my balanced diet was as long as I didn't have the same take-away two days in a row!), excessive alcohol consumption because we 'work hard and party hard' right(?!?!), poor sleep, no exercise (I was a member of multiple gyms - that's enough isn't it?) and what I now recognise as depression. 

Sickness was just an accepted side-effect of corporate life
I wanted answers and I wanted CHANGE.

​I spiralled so low I attempted to take my life, and I now see how all the parts (health, job, relationships, money, beliefs, lifestyle) were a one way express ticket to unfavourable physical and mental health.

​My coaching business was birthed over a number of years as I trained and researched corporate and business women in my roles as a personal trainer, human behaviour specialist, nutrition coach and holistic therapies practitioner. At the core of who we are is our BE-ing, and that's what makes us Well....

While creating a healthy mindset, balanced nutrition and regular movement habits, we take a no B.S, approach carefully teamed with love, nurture and accountability so you have fun along the journey.

We break down the barriers so you can reconnect with your strengths and THRIVE in life, now.
